This is a dredded discussion with me because I am so overweight and never got my prebaby body back and probably never will, butttt I am going to try very hard to get myself back in shape. So last fall I started playing with a Women's league at East Lincoln. The team I am on is alot of the girls I played ball with back in High school so needless to say this brought the kid out in me and I had a blast!! We didn't do to bad either for our first season, we finished 3rd out of 8 teams! Well all of the girls are kind of like me, needing time for themselves and all enjoying the physical activity in it so we decided to keep it up. We just got finished playing a season of Volleyball, which is my favorite sport of all time! This was also very fun however I missed being outside. In two weeks we will start up our 2nd Softball season and I couldn't be more excited. Mostly because of getting to be outside. Spring is my favorite time of year and I never want to come inside, plus it's getting close to bathing suit time and I need the extra running around those bases to shed a few pounds!
Which brings me too my next point. I've started ZX Fitness in Lincoltnon. They have classes at 5:30 in the afternoon that I like to attend. Monday is Zumba, which I completely love because I LOVE TO DANCE. Tuesdays are cycling, tried this 2 times and not fond of it so much, so I go home and do a Bollywood Dance video. SO FUN! Then on Wednesday is a cardio sculpt class, and Thursdays a Dance fit class. Can't you tell how I like dancing! To me this is a fun way to shed pounds instead of boring weight lifting and all the other fitness crap! LOL
Bring on a skinny new me! HOPEFULLY!

This year so far!
Well as I mentioned before it has been awhile so I am going to catch you up on a few of the most important things that has went on this year. The main one being Tristan's health. We had to put him in daycare starting the first of the year. My mom has kept him since I had to come back to work, but she has been having major back problems. So we had to bite the bullet and pick out a daycare and start paying this dredded fee per month! Luckily we got him into Maryvale Daycare. This is a well known daycare that are run by nuns and has been open FOREVER! So of course as soon as he started daycare the SICKNESS begins! And let me say that it has been rough. Back in October last year is one of his first sicknesses and it was virally, well he ran such a high sudden fever that he had a febrile seizure!!! Yess very scary and don't really want to relive it by telling it. Needless to say he was okay and it scared us way more than it affected him but the doctor said that we would need to keep a very close eye on his fevers from then on. So 2nd week of daycare, high fever, crankiness, pulling on ears. Took him to urgent care on a Sunday. His first double ear infection. So out all week with this. Two weeks later another high fever, take him back to dr, double ear infection. Several weeks later another ear infection. This has went on for 3 months now, and with this he has had a cough, runny nose, sneezing, fever and CRANKINESS! The dr finally decided he has had the same infection now for 3 months and no antibiotics has helped it. So he had to get 3 rocephin (spelling) shots, wait a week, still fluid in his ears. On to the ENT to see what the next step was. Last week he had tubes put in his little ears and so far WONDERFUL!! I keep dredding to wake up every morning to go check his head and find a high fever again, but HOPEFULLY this is going to help him.
Long Time!! Busy Busy Busy
I know it has been forever since my last post and I really hate that there is soo much to catch you up on but not enough time so I am going to try and do better from here on out. I have been super, super busy since the last time I wrote. I am going to school part time trying to finish up my pre requisites so I can move on to the nursing program. I am so mad at myself for not sticking with this fresh out of high school and deciding to enter a good career when I was 28 but oh well! So I am a mom, wife, and student and that has most of my life taken up! I try not to think about all the negative because I know that once I am finished with this I will be so happy, it's just very hard to remember that sometimes. My classes aren't too bad, I have 2 online classes and 1 class that is part online, part lab. This is the hardest because it is A&P II. We will be starting with the dissection of cats this Friday until the remainder of the semester. This is going to be quite interesting. I had no idea how complicated the human body was until I entered this class! Now I am very afraid of nursing school. I have a wonderful husband though that supports me 100% and I definitely could not be doing this right now if it wasn't for him! So thank you so much Travis and to Tristan, mommy is doing this for your future so hang on a little bit longer and I'll be able spend more time with you and daddy!
